Golden taste of summer in a can
It’s time to enjoy the golden taste of summer in a can with Stone & Wood Pacific Ale. It’s a quality beer, so drinkable and perfect after a day in the sun or an afternoon’s boating.
Born in Byron Bay, big on tropical flavours with subtle herbal notes, Pacific Ale was the first craft beer of its kind and one that Stone & Wood has built a reputation on.
Inspired by the ocean off our shoreline, this Byron Bay brew already has a coast full of tanned fans across the Northern Rivers and the Gold Coast, but it’s the perfect refreshing summer drink for any Aussie.
It’s exceptionally well made and uses simple beautiful ingredients, including Aussie wheat and barley to make the finest pale malt with the addition of Galaxy hops from Tassie at the late stage of fermentation which helps create this beer’s unique tropical fruit aroma. It’s also unfiltered so you know from its hazy appearance that all the goodness hasn’t been taken out and it retains a full and refreshing finish.

But just as important as the way it tastes is the way they make it. Stone & Wood like to be the good guys, so as well as being good brewers, they are working hard to make their brewery fully sustainable while also maintaining a strong community focus. Stone & Wood also has B-Corp Certification which measures a company’s entire social and environmental impact.
While some might think that’s a bit ‘woke’, it’s what’s in the hazy golden can – and bottle – that counts. And that is Pacific Ale, a great, drinkable beer if you are looking for something beyond ordinary.
Perfect for picnics, beachside drinks and stacking in the esky. Hazy and golden, we brew Pacific Ale with pale malts, wheat and plenty of Galaxy hops that erupt in tropical fruit aromas and flavours.

Any way you drink it — with fish and chips on the beach or pouring half a can into your beer-battered fish at home, finishing off the rest — Stone & Wood Pacific Ale is Byron Bay in a bottle.
