While we aim to have parcels delivered within the timeframe of 7-10 business days, this is a guideline only as couriers cannot always meet this deadline. Refunds will not be issued for delays outside our delivery time frames. Orders cannot be refunded once they are on board for delivery.

We have recently been contacted by our courier partners regarding damage to the East Coast – Western Australia rail route. Due to extensive flooding in areas there has been significant damage to the railroad which is currently being repaired. As items have to take an alternate route via road, it has caused lengthy delays, and we have been advised that they cannot guarantee delivery to WA by Christmas. We apologise for the inconvenience.
